Yoga of Undoing
with Christina Dymond
Monthly Sunday morning sessions 2020
10.45am - 12.45pm £12 a session
Sunday 26th January, 23rd February and 29th March
With Christina Dymond, Dip FRYOG
Time to explore undoing our habits, tensions and patterns, to find a more relaxed yet vibrant way of being with and in our bodies.
My teaching is inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and her student Sandra Sabatini. Using the gifts of breath, gravity and space, this practice aims to undo our habits both in our yoga and our lives. So often the posture becomes the goal rather than a tool for learning and freeing the body and the mind. I offer these classes for anyone wishing to explore and be willing to have themselves and their practice at least a little 'undone'.
As Sandra regularly says, 'with a smile, always yoga with a smile'.
