A session of creative contemporary dance for adults, with a focus on body work, improvisation and choreography. Sue Way brings 25 years of dance experience to this session and uses great world music and simple warm ups so you really get to enjoy dancing.

Time to explore undoing our habits, tensions and patterns, to find a more relaxed yet vibrant way of being with and in our bodies.

My teaching is inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and her student Sandra Sabatini. Using the gifts of breath, gravity and space, this practice aims to undo our habits both in our yoga and our lives.So often the posture becomes the goal rather than a tool for learning and freeing the body and the mind.  I offer these classes for anyone wishing to explore and be willing to have themselves and their practice at least a little 'undone'.

As Sandra regularly says, 'with a smile, always yoga with a smile'.

These classes will improve your joint and muscular flexiblity, reduce joint and back pain, strengthen muscles, especially back and core and improve balance, co-ordination, stability and posture.
