Love to Dance Crediton

Each session starts with a warm up, exploring and extending the range of movement possible for each person. Sue offers technical guidance alongside creative opportunities for improvisation and choreography, using music and props to help explore creative themes and ideas towards making dances that reflect the abilities and interests of the group members. Most of all its fun, a chance to be inventive and be with like-minded people who enjoy creative dance and the health benefits dancing can offer.
