Yoga of Undoing
Time to explore undoing our habits, tensions and patterns, to find a more relaxed yet vibrant way of being with and in our bodies.
My teaching is inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and her student Sandra Sabatini. Using the gifts of breath, gravity and space, this practice aims to undo our habits both in our yoga and our lives.
I offer these classes for anyone wishing to explore and be willing to have themselves and their practice at least a little 'undone'.
