Yoga Sessions

Caroline trained as a teacher with the Devon School of Yoga 500hrs and her background is in alternative therapies, crystal healing, flower essences, shamanic healing, colour therapy and mindfulness practice. 

Caroline teaches Holistic Hatha Yoga and integrates asana, flow, breath, mantra, mudra, pranayama and visualisation.

Through a creative, caring and supportive environment the school provides people with the opportunity to experience the joy of dancing and performing and in doing so discover their own personal potential.

Circle Dancing
13:55 - 15:55

Easy to learn and great for meeting people and fitness.

Circle dancing is a means of relaxation, togetherness, exercise, and sharing. The dances come from all over the world, but mostly from Eastern Europe.

 

Sessions run fortnightly from 4th September - 4th December.

The Body Moving
10:15 - 13:30

A dance of awareness workshop. Give your body the chance to take you on a journey of self-awareness and discovery.

 

These sessions are suitable for all adults over 18 years of age with any experience of dance or movement.

 

Sessions on 1st September, 27th October, 24th November. £10 per week (£5 concessions).
